晋本周，教授，信息与通信工程系副主任。2013年7月毕业于清华大学电子工程系，获信息与通信工程博士学位，2008年7月获得西安电子科技大学测控技术与仪器专业学士学位。2013年7月至2018年6月，就职于中国电科第十四研究所，2018年7月至今就职于南京航空航天大学。中国电子学会高级会员、中国指挥控制学会高级会员，国家自然科学基金等项目评审专家，教育部学位中心评审专家，《现代雷达》期刊编委、专题主编。
长期从事阵列信号处理、新体制雷达、基于人工智能的信号处理与态势推理等技术研究，主持了国家自然科学基金项目、GF科技创新特区重点项目等国家、省部级项目10余项，承担了多个型号装备研制或升级换代研制任务。在雷达隐身/密集目标检测、跟踪、识别领域，取得多项技术成果，应用于多个型号重大装备，获省部级技术发明一等奖1项，科技进步三等奖1项。
研究方向：信息与通信工程
雷达信号处理、电磁信号分离与识别、知识图谱、基于人工智能的推理决策。
