周博，工学博士，南京航空航天大学电子信息工程学院教授、博导。入选国家重大人才工程A类青年项目。分别于2011年7月和2017年9月获得华南理工大学学士学位和上海交通大学博士学位，2018年1月至2021年7月任美国弗吉尼亚理工大学（Virginia Tech）博士后研究员，2021年8月加入南京航空航天大学电子信息工程学院。目前主要从事智能无线通信网络、信息年龄/信息新鲜度、电磁频谱态势感知与预测等前沿领域的研究。在IEEE汇刊及通信领域旗舰会议上发表文章20余篇，参与学术编著1本，获得2018年IEEE Global Communications Conference和2019年IFIP International Conference on New Technologies, Mobility and Security的最佳论文奖。参与国家973项目、国家自然科学基金面上项目，以及美国国家自然科学基金项目和美国国防部海军研究署跨学科大学研究计划。长期担任多个国际权威期刊和旗舰会议的审稿人或技术委员会成员，获2019年和2020年国际权威期刊IEEE Transactions on Communications的模范审稿人称号。
