郭克锋，男，1990年10月出生，2012年本科毕业于北京理工大学，2018年博士毕业于陆军工程大学，师从全军著名卫星通信专家张邦宁教授。现为南航航空航天大学电子信息工层学院上岗副研究员，其长期从事星空地融合网络高效协作与安全通信的教学和科研工作，获江苏省优秀博士学位论文和中国指挥与控制学会优秀博士学位论文奖励。主要研究方向包括卫星通信、协作通信、MIMO、NOMA、物理层安全和隐蔽通信等。围绕以上研究，主持了国家自然科学基金青年科学基金，国防重点实验室基础研究基金，XXX试验技术青年基金和XXX国防科研实验室基金项目等6项科研项目；出版了《卫星通信系统中的协作传输与性能分析》、《卫星通信与STK仿真》和《Integrated Terrestrial and Non-Terrestrial Networks》（第七节）等三部专著，发表高水平学术论文100余篇，包括SCI论文72篇，5篇论文入选ESI高被引论文，1篇入选热点论文，2篇获国际会议最佳论文奖励；H因子27，Google Scholar总被引近2000次。其连续三年被斯坦福大学评为全球前2%科学家（2022-2024）。其同时是SCI期刊EURASIP Journal on Wireless Communications and Networking 和SCI期刊 IEEE Open Journal of the Communications Society的编辑，同时也是IEEE ICC、WCNC、Globecom等会议的TPC。
