骨干教师:黄 洋

洋博士,江苏省双创博士,现任南京航空航天大学电子信息工程学院副教授,硕士研究生导师。黄洋博士于2017年获得英国帝国理工学院博士学位;此后,自20179月起于上海华为技术有限公司从事3GPP RAN1 LTE Rel-14/15以及5G NR物理层标准研究;自20184月起,于南京航空航天大学工作。黄洋博士长期从事无线通信及最优化方面研究。已在IEEE信号处理及通信领域重要期刊、会议如IEEE Trans. Sig. Process.IEEE Trans. on Wireless Commun.IEEE GLOBECOMIEEE ICC等期刊、会议累计发表论文30余篇,并拥有多篇授权发明专利。此外,黄洋博士也长期担任IEEE重要期刊、会议如IEEE Commun. Mag.IEEE J. Sel. Areas Commun.IEEE Trans. Sig. Process.IEEE Trans. Wireless Commun.IEEE Trans. Commun.IEEE Commun. Lett.IEEE GLOBECOMIEEE ICC等期刊、会议的审稿人,2017年度 IEEE Trans. Wireless Commun.最佳审稿人。应邀担任IEEE信号处理协会 IEEE International Workshop on Signal Processing Advances in Wireless Communications (SPAWC) 2019 会议 Special Session on Wireless Information and Power Transmission 的联席主持人。应邀担任 IEEE Global Communications Conference (GLOBECOM) 2019/2020/2021 会议无线通信分会的技术委员会委员。IMT 2030(6G)推进组成员。

1. 2018年,指导南京航空航天大学电子信息工程学院《无人机智能频谱监测仪》学生项目团队在第四届中国“互联网+”大学生创新创业大赛获金奖(授奖部门:教育部等)。

2. 2018年,指导学生团队项目《基于无人机平台的非法电台智能追踪定位系统》获三等奖(授奖部门:中国通信学会)。


研究兴趣:

无线通信、无线网络、MIMO系统、最优化理论、凸优化理论、机器学习及深度学习(多种分布式学习、生成对抗网络等)、联合无线信息能量传输(Simultaneous Wireless Information & Power Transfer)、远场无线能量传输(Far-field Wireless Power Transfer)、物联网技术、5GBeyond 5G无线网络等。
