冯斯梦,南京航空航天大学电子信息工程学院副研究员,硕导,江苏省“双创博士”,南京航空航天大学“长空学者”,中国通信学会高级会员,IEEE Member。获英国南安普顿大学工学博士学位(导师: 英国皇家工程院院士 Lajos Hanzo),主要研究方向为无线光通信、卫星光通信技术、无人机集群网络、天地一体智能信息网络等。现已发表多篇无线通信领域国际高水平期刊,如IEEE Transactions on Wireless CommunicationsIEEE Transactions on Communications等。长期担任IEEE Transactions on Wireless CommunicationsIEEE Transactions on CommunicationsJournal of Lightwave TechnologyOSA Optics ExpressJournal of Optical Communications and Networking等国际权威期刊审稿人,主持国家自然科学基金青年科学基金项目、江苏省双创计划项目,参与多个省部级项目研发。

·  招生专业:通信与信息系统(学术硕士)、电子与通信工程(专业硕士)

·  研究生:每年可招收2-3名硕士研究生,双一流高校本科生报考双一流高校的调剂学生不限名额。

·  本科生:每年招募4-6名本科生参加大学生创新竞赛等项目
