徐东方，博士，南京航空航天大学人工智能学院研究员。入选国家重大人才工程A类青年项目。2014年6月于山东大学获得学士学位，先后于2017年9月及2022年12月于德国纽伦堡大学获得获得硕士学位（最优异成绩）及博士学位（最优异成绩），指导老师为德国国家工程院院士、加拿大工程院院士、IEEE通信学会前主席Robert Schober教授。2022年12月至2023年10月任香港科技大学博士后研究员，2023年11月入选香港科技大学VPRDO RAP项目，于香港科技大学交叉研究学院担任研究助理教授。2026年2月入职南京航空航天大学人工智能学院。目前主要从事面向低空智联网、频谱动态认知等前沿领域的具身认知与学习、通感算一体化、多智能体协同决策与博弈、多域资源智能编织等理论研究。在IEEE汇刊及通信领域旗舰会议上发表文章60余篇，其中第一作者或通讯作者SCI期刊文章13篇。获得2023年IEEE Journal on Selected Areas in Communications、2022年IEEE Transactions on Communications、2019年IEEE Global Communications Conference 最佳论文奖，自2022年起连续4年入选斯坦福/爱思唯尔全球前2%科学家榜单。
