

崇保林,工学博士,副研究员、硕士生导师。现任南京航空航天大学无人机研究院副研究员,依托南京航空航天大学人工智能学院招收计算机科学与技术专业硕士研究生。
主要研究方向为低空具身智能与低空智联网。面向低空无人系统智能化、网络化与集群化发展需求,重点研究低空智能体的环境感知、自主决策和群体协同,以及低空通信网络的状态认知、可靠连接与智能资源管控。
目前已发表学术论文二十余篇,其中以第一作者发表论文十一篇,包括 IEEE Journal on Selected Areas in Communications 1篇(CCF A,影响因子16.8)、IEEE Transactions on Mobile Computing 1篇(CCF A,影响因子8.8),以及 IEEE Transactions on Wireless Communications 3篇(一区TOP,影响因子16.8)、IEEE Transactions on Communications 3篇(一区)、IEEE Transactions on Vehicular Technology 2篇(一区)和 IEEE GLOBECOM 1篇(通信旗舰会议)。
曾获中国科学院院长优秀奖、中国科学技术大学宝钢奖学金、博士生国家奖学金、深空探测优秀研究生成果一等奖(排名第一)等荣誉。担任 IEEE JSAC、IEEE TWC、IEEE TCOM、IEEE TVT、IEEE Internet of Things Journal、IEEE GLOBECOM 等国际期刊和会议审稿人。
