一、个人简介

王正,男,198611月出生,江苏省双创博士人才,南京航空航天大学2009届电子信息科学与技术专业本科,英国曼彻斯特大学通信工程专业硕士,英国伦敦帝国理工学院通信与信号处理专业博士,20154月至20166月在帝国理工学院从事博士后研究工作,20166月至20178月在华为技术有限公司担任高级研发工程师,项目经理,从事5G关键技术研究与标准推动。从20179月起任职于南京航空航天大学电子信息工程学院。长期从事无线通信系统编解码研究,在无线通信系统的信号传输与检测,物理层网络编码及安全等领域开展了一系列开拓性研究,取得了多项研究成果。近五年以第一作者身份在IEEE Transaction on Information Theory, IEEE Transaction on Communications, IEEE International Symposium on Information Theory, IEEE Information Theory Workshop上发表多篇论文。参与负责欧盟Physical Layer Wireless Security物理层安全项目,并获得欧盟委员会资助。担任IEEE Trans. Information Theory, IEEE Trans. Communications等国际顶级期刊的审稿人,曾荣获帝国理工学院明日之星,优秀青年学者等荣誉称号。
