史清江个人简历

  1980.8生,浙江上虞人。于2003/2006年获得中国石油大学(华东)电子信息工程专业学士/硕士学位,2011年获得上海交通大学通信与信息系统专业博士学位,读博期间曾在美国明尼苏达大学访问学习一年(师从加拿大皇家科学院院士罗智泉教授)。博士毕业后曾任东南大学博士后(师从长江学者高西奇教授),阿尔卡特朗讯贝尔实验室research scientist,美国爱荷华州立大学research fellow,浙江理工大学讲师/副教授。目前为南京航空航天大学教授/博士生导师。史清江博士长期从事无线通信与网络优化方面的研究。近年来主持国家自然科学面上基金、国家自然科学青年基金、中国博士后特别资助、浙江省自然科学基金等省部级项目和企业项目7项,公开或授权专利27项,已发表IEEE权威期刊30余篇,其中两篇为ESI高被引论文。发表的论文受到国内外学者的广泛引用,论文总引用为1200余次,SCI他引400余次,单篇最高SCI他引170余次,论文的他引作者中包含70余位IEEE fellow

  史清江博士目前是国际信号处理顶级期刊IEEE Trans. Signal Process.副编辑。他于2009年获得国际个人移动通信领域IEEE PIMR会议最佳论文奖,2013年获得上海市研究生优秀成果(博士学位论文)奖,2014年获得全国百篇优秀博士学位论文提名奖,一篇论文获提名2016年国际信号处理协会最佳论文奖。目前担任中国通信学会青年工作委员会委员、国际SCI期刊编委及一系列国际会议的程序委员会委员等。
